zs88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Obligations

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the zs88 website, gaming lobby, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at zs88.biz.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who registers an account on the zs88 Platform or accesses any service thereon.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a Player on the zs88 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR-denominated funds held in a Player's zs88 Account, including real-money funds and any bonus funds separately labelled as such.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player directly from their own personal payment methods, excluding any bonus or promotional amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched amounts, cashback, or free game value credited to a Player's Account under any promotional offer.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a game, event, or outcome offered on the zs88 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under the zs88 compliance framework, including submission of a valid CNIC or other government-issued identity document.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, financial transaction, customer support, and related services offered through the zs88 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to or use of the zs88 Platform is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed.

By completing the zs88 account registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you affirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any amendments thereto published by zs88 from time to time;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal recreational entertainment purposes only;
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that zs88 does not guarantee any winnings.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions of the zs88 Terms & Conditions. Players who registered prior to this date are bound by the updated Terms upon continued use of the Platform after the effective date.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on zs88, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account;
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal recreational use;
• Possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of zs88 or its affiliated companies;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not have an existing Account on the Platform (each Player is permitted one Account only);
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement on the zs88 Platform or any connected responsible gaming registry.

zs88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request may result in Account suspension pending review.

Players must complete the zs88 registration process accurately and in full, providing truthful information including their legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the zs88 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or in the name of another person, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

zs88 operates under international gaming license standards that require identity verification of all Players. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during an Account's lifetime. Required documents include, but are not limited to:

• A clear copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back;
• A recent selfie photograph holding your CNIC;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days) where required;
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals as determined by zs88 compliance protocols.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting zs88 customer support. Pending bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Real-money balance remaining at closure is subject to a standard withdrawal request and applicable verification requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zs88 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. zs88 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• You must notify zs88 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Transactions completed using your Account credentials are binding regardless of whether they were authorised by you, unless you report the unauthorised access promptly and evidence is provided;
• zs88 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication on your Account to prevent unauthorised access;
• You accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your Account credentials.

zs88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player verification level as specified in the Platform's payment section.

All Player Accounts are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies (including USDT) are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by zs88 at the time of transaction. zs88 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name and matching their verified identity.

Withdrawals from a zs88 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC verification (Section 4.2) is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account in the Player's own name, matching their KYC-verified identity;
• Any active bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements must be fulfilled before Real Money Funds derived from bonus play are withdrawable;
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200 via JazzCash/EasyPaisa; Rs 500 via bank transfer;
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 500,000 via mobile wallet; higher amounts require additional compliance review;
• zs88 targets a 15-minute processing time for mobile wallet withdrawals and 2–4 hours for bank transfers, subject to volume and verification status.

zs88 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Player will be notified and a compliance review initiated. zs88 is not liable for any loss arising from a delayed withdrawal during an ongoing investigation.

zs88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following General Bonus Terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who hold a verified zs88 Account in good standing;
• Each bonus is subject to a specific wagering requirement ("playthrough requirement") that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from or associated with that bonus may be withdrawn;
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit + bonus amount);
• Bonus funds are used before Real Money Funds unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses have validity periods — any unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry;
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements: live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate (often 10–20%) than slot games (typically 100%). Game contribution rates are displayed in individual promotion terms.

Detection of bonus abuse may result in forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and Account suspension without notice.

zs88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing or future promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to Accounts at the time of modification are honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting, subject to the wagering requirements then in place.

All games offered on the zs88 Platform — including live casino games, online slot games, sports betting markets, and instant crash games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. These Terms apply in conjunction with individual game rules; in the event of a conflict, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific matters, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, table, account tier, and promotional period. zs88 reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time. Players exceeding displayed maximum limits may have their bets voided and stakes returned.

zs88 reserves the right to void any Wager placed: (i) as a result of a technical malfunction; (ii) at an incorrect price due to a data feed or pricing error; (iii) in contravention of these Terms; or (iv) in respect of an event that has been cancelled or abandoned. In all such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

In the event of disconnection during a live dealer game round, zs88's server records shall be the definitive record of the round outcome. If disconnection prevents a Player from completing a decision within the allotted time, the game will proceed according to the default rule applicable to that game variant (e.g., stand on current hand, or natural dealer completion). zs88 is not liable for losses arising from Player-side disconnection due to network, device, or power issues.

Go Rush and Crash Goal are proprietary zs88 instant games that use a provably fair cryptographic verification system. The outcome hash for each round is published before the round begins and is verifiable by any Player after the round concludes. The published RTP for both games is 96.5%, audited independently. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zs88 Platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform under any name or identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using technical means (including VPN or proxy services) to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes — any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error must be reported immediately and are not withdrawable;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information use in connection with sports betting markets on zs88;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards zs88 staff members via any support channel;
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your zs88 Account to any third party.

zs88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling is a form of entertainment — it is not a method of generating income and outcomes cannot be predicted or controlled. The following responsible gaming principles and tools are integral to the zs88 Platform.

zs88 enforces strict age verification procedures. No individual under the age of 21 is permitted to hold or use a zs88 Account. If we have reason to believe a minor has accessed the Platform, the Account will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and all associated funds will be frozen. • The right to modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• The right to commercially exploit, sell, or otherwise monetise any element of the Platform;
• The right to scrape, extract, or compile data from the Platform by any automated means.

The zs88 name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorised use of the zs88 brand in any context — including social media, third-party websites, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to access the zs88 Platform;
• Any delay, interruption, or failure of Platform services including live casino video feed outages;
• Losses arising from gaming outcomes — gambling by its nature involves the risk of financial loss;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Actions taken by zs88 in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or international gaming license obligations;
• Any loss of data, profit, revenue, or business arising from Platform downtime or technical error.

zs88's total aggregate liability to any Player, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their zs88 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zs88 collects and processes personal data from Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the zs88 Privacy Policy in its current form.

Key privacy commitments of zs88 include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving Platform services, complying with legal obligations, and preventing fraud;
• zs88 does not sell or rent Player personal data to third-party commercial entities;
• Data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption. Physical and digital security controls are in place at all data storage locations;
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the zs88 compliance team in writing, subject to legal retention obligations;

Continued use of the zs88 Platform after publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must close your Account before the updated Terms take effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable under the jurisdiction of the zs88 international operating license.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved on an individual basis only. Players expressly waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against zs88.
